The Trans Empowerment and Alliance Party served as a celebration towards healing, honoring, and sustaining ourselves during Black Trans Empowerment Week. During this celebration, we provide awards in the following area: ‘The Chyna Gibson Community Advocate Man of the Year’, ‘The Chyna Gibson Woman of The Year’, ‘Person of The Year’, and ‘The Freda McFarland Community Ally of The Year Award’ to individuals devoted to cultivating change throughout trans-spectrum.
